Home care physiotherapy services are very convenient for people who experience serious injury or mobility issues, or whose schedule makes finding time to travel to a clinic very difficult.
Our experienced team of registered physiotherapists are happy to treat you in the comfort of your own home (in the Greater Toronto Area) with a wide range of treatments and modalities.
We provide rehabilitation for:
- Orthopedic injuries
-Post-operative surgical rehabilitation
-Stroke rehabilitation
-Chronic back/neck pain
-Joint pain (knees, hips, shoulders, elbows, wrists, ankles, feet, etc.)
-Arthritis
-Mobility and balance issues

We provide one on one care with a registered physiotherapist at every visit (no assistants are used). Our sessions include:
-A one hour thorough initial assessment
-Follow up sessions offered: 1 hour, 45 min and 30 min sessions
-Individualized treatment plans with a focus on the person's own rehabilitative goals
-Detailed home exercise programs that the patient can easily follow
-Gait aid instruction
-In-home safety/ergonomic assessments
-Hands-on manual therapy
-Therapeutic modalities such as: Ultrasound and TENS (to reduce pain and inflammation)

Miriam Granek is an experienced registered physiotherapist who has been delivering high quality in-home private physiotherapy since 2010. Her diverse caseload in the community includes: geriatrics, pediatrics, post-surgical, general musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
